I dont think you can pull quarters from you own ears though?
You'll end up looking like Nadal going through his motions before a serve!

Sometimes when I'm waiting in a line with change in my hand, I -do- practise coin tricks.  Usually I palm one of the larger coins and make it appear and disappear between my fingers.  Still a work in progress, though.
