Do you feel different about Bill Clinton's sexual past?

Do you feel different about Bill Clinton's sexual past?
I wonder if in a post Weinstein world, where people are having a new understanding aboutsexual harassment by men in power, if anybody feels different about Bill Clinton?

It would be hard to imagine a feminist today defending him the way that they did in the 1990s, i.e. Gloria Stienems slut shaming article.

It's not politically correct to go there.

Shame !!!

Does anyone feel differently about Clarence Thomas?  Our society has evolved...much as the republicunts hate to admit it.

I've never been happy with Clarence Thomas situation.

What did Anita Hill get if she was lying ?

pariah status

What did Clarence Thomas get if he was lying?

seat on the Supreme Court

Doesn't take too much brainism to figure that one out. Maybe the others who decided not to testify with Anita will come forward now ?

I'm sure people do feel differently about Clarence Thomas. Now answer the question rather than change the topic. I've read you defending Bill Clinton's sexual past last year, not two decades ago saying things like "It was just a blowjob" and basically ignoring the hordes of other women accusers.

I was opposed to Thomas because he was a judicial incompetent long before I knew he was a pervert.  Apparently as long as you have that "R" after your name the republicunts don't care.  That's why it is refreshing to see at least a few of them blast Moore.

I watched the recent Scandal Made Me Famous episode on the Monica Lewinsky affair.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt7165106/

Despite being old enough to recall the major points of it from the time, the episode really fleshed it out, at least from Monica's viewpoint. Linda Tripp is an interesting person too. Whew.

As for how it portrays Clinton, I'm astonished. Even from my gay perspective, Monica had everything but a marquee over her head flashing "Jesus Fucking Christ Don't Even Think of Schtupping This One" and Bill went there anyhow. Jesus, that guy has no more control over his libido than a horned up dog does. Prior to watching, I was unaware of just how obvious Monica was the equivalent of, as they say, 40 miles of bad road, and Bill jumped right in.

Departures from good judgment of that magnitude need to have dire consequences. I'm not sure Bill has actually suffered 'dire' sufficiently in fact, even at this point.

As for Monica, hard to see much difference between her infatuation with Clinton and others who have fallen for Ted Bundy for instance, after he was incarcerated. And I know about emotions and being compelled to do things, but Jesus Monica, what did you think an old horn dog (proven emphatically at the ease with which you ensnared him, BTW) like Bill would do in the pinch? Dump Hillary and make you First Lady ??

Jesus Fucking Christ, am I that much of curmudgeon? Or was Monica so blazingly delusional she thought she had a shot, and why did Bill not see this? Jesus, even I alerted on the fucking peril.

So, Bill, don't come whining to me for succor and solace for this entirely self inflicted cluster fuck. Jesus Fucking Christ, you got off EASY. I thought at the time you might need neutered, I don't think there's much shadow of a doubt that would have been only a start for properly adjudicating your fuck up.

And Linda Tripp? Wow, just wow. She floored a NYT (IIRC) reporter with how her mind works, and me too. It's just awesome how clearly she saw things and worked her own agenda. Damn, I'm just blown away with her. Hard to imagine Linda and Monica are both from the same planet.

With regards to what?

Lewinsky? My mind isn't changed. Monica said it was consensual. Cheating on his wife is bad (assuming they don't have an open marriage), but doesn't make him complete scum. Totally overblown.

The other allegations? Juanita Brodarick among others? If true, then those make him a scumbag. But I never felt otherwise. Never been a big fan of Bill Clinton. (And I think it's fucking stupid people tried attaching his actions to Hillary. They can fuck off with that shit). Do I believe them? I'd lean toward yes. Multiple Allegations + his past history + his personality. It's the same reason I believe the allegations against Trump, and Moore. Which conservatives are reluctant to bring up. (Especially Donald Trump) Bill is sleazy. Was he a good President? Not really. Probably better than the Republican Alternative, but nowhere near as good as Obama.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

At least he's not a child rapist unlike the current incumbent.
