Why do some people lack a sense of humor?

I remarked to someone the other day:

You've never 'got' a Dilbert cartoon, have you ??


And he didn't get that jibe either.  Of course, I think it's hysterical, and it's also hysterical he didn't get it.

You were saying he's a drone, like Dilbert and his co-workers? I love Dilbert, but haven't read it in a while.
