What are the rationalizations of flat earth believers?

I wonder how they explain GPS?

It's the same as any group that wants to deny something really well-supported: Really, the tactic is the same, whether it's flat-eartherism, germ theory denial (and its specifically HIV-denying cousin), climate change denial, Holocaust denial, or creationism: find the biggest smoking guns, take something that's either unclear or counter-intuitive, and obfuscate the shit out of it. And when that doesn't work, just do this: Applications may change, but the broad outline is pretty much the same across the board.

The problem with the flat-earth proposition is that it's entirely defined by Poe's Law. There's absolutely no way to tell the difference between a troll and a genuine believer because the proposition is so off the wall to begin with.
