Normally, I make lasagna for Xmas dinner, but since our kids were here at different times, it wasn't worth it to me to make it. So I will make it another day instead.

One Christmas I took my daughter to a Chinese buffet down the street. They even gave us a free calendar for the new year lol. I still prefer to cook something special whether it's for myself like I've done a few times or for a crowd.
