Non-violent criminals rarely hurt anyone physically. Even violent criminals avoid violence, it ramps up the police response. Certain types of psychopaths enjoy causing injuries.

There's one of those gravity hills in Oregon. Ive been there, and they were honest about explaining it was an illusion.
