Has it been your observation that when the market drops 500 points that your loss is greater than when it gains 500 points?

No my observation is that regardless of what trumps zealots insist he's nor responsible for the economies recovery .

The dow dropped over a thousand points today. What the fuck do you think?

As far as the latter drivel goes, don't you think people invested in the market (i.e. people with 401k and IRA accounts) would want the market to succeed, regardless of who is sitting in the Oval Office? A lot of us are close enough to retirement that this shit matters. Do you even think this shit through before it leaks out your cakehole?

Personally, what I find galling about this is that Field Marshall Dodger von Bonespur is really quick to take credit for the bull market he inherited, but he's strangely silent when the dow drops over a thousand points twice in the same week on his watch.

Lol. See what I mean.

What?

You think I'm blaming Trump for the stock market? Think again. I'm blaming him for his own inconsistency.

Trying reading in context next time.

Try making your context more clear next time.

The context was whether the 500+ gain in the Dow on Tuesday constituted a "dead cat bounce" or not, whether or not we're cheering on the losses, and whether or not it's reasonable to take the credit for the good while ignoring the bad.

I quoted and said such in my reply.

Not once in my post did I attempt to assign blame for what's happening in the market.

Not writing something isnt the same as providing context. Nor is clarifying it now. Why do forum people always try to blame other people's reading for their lack of clarity?

Butthurt that you've been robbed of your gotcha moment much?

Incidentally, I had to read back through the thread to even figure out what you were on about. I find it quite amusing to see you complaining about clarity you yourself do not provide.

Try applying a little of that famius personal responsibility for your reading compression, Cap'n.

Jumping to conclusions about what people said would be in the same category.
