This is why it is hard to reject Christianity
Do these lucid and detailed christian accounts not convince you that Christianity is right? Jesus shows up so much in comparison to other deities, says he died for them, tells them everyone has separate experiences to suit them, telepathic convos, seems more legit than other faiths. Just watch 2 or 3 testimonies of seeing Jesus and you will, see what I mean. There are no descriptions like that I can find from other faiths
If random youtube videos reinforce your belief in Christianity then that's a very low bar you've set for yourself. Do you believe a cat can play the piano?

Nope, I just read it to see what people report. I look for inconsistencies to try and see if I can stop beleiving in it. I find some inconsistencies, some interesting reports, so I am on the fence
Here is one consistency your are missing. They are all personal opinions from delusional people in a delusional state of mind. There will always be some consistencies when common religious beliefs fire their delusion.

But the thing is this guy is so genuine, he is crying, he really believes he met Jesus. I just cannot find that with other faiths.

but why do Christians have such vivid and detailed delusions while others don't? Shouldn't Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists all have NDEs with lengthy and lucid discussions with their deities?

Sincerity doesn't automatically mean truth.
And, again, Christians may have more vivid and detailed delusions partly because a whole lot of them are situated in first-world countries and/or hail from cultures that promote individualism (as opposed to collectivism).
It also seems like Muslims have to stay quiet about whatever visions about Muhammad they may see, lest they be punished/ostracized or something.
So many ways to explain the phenomena you see without ever having to appeal to the supernatural. We're a very interesting bunch of animals, with lots of biases and distorted thinking, and a study in psychology would help to clarify that even more.
Also, do read up on "confirmation bias" and make sure you're not falling victim to that.

So the guy really believes he met Jesus.
If he said he really met Elvis Presley in a bar last week would you believe him then? Assuming he was genuine, I mean. Or would you assume him a liar?

If he was genuine, I would believe he believes it, whether or not it is true is a different story. The only thing is assuming it was a hallucination, can hallucinations be altered by thoughts during a hallucination? For example, if I am hallucinating a bright light and I think about Jesus, or assume that light is Jesus, could I actually hallucinate seeing man's face who says he is Jesus? I was thinking maybe that is why Christians report seeing Jesus, they have him on par with God, some say he is God. Therefore, could it be they see a light, think "gee that light must be Jesus" and then they start feeling that they are talking to him? I know Muslims only think of Muhammad as a prophet and not on par with Allah, so if a Christian and a Muslim both see light at the end of a tunnel, the Christian is more likely to interpret it as Christ than a Muslim seeing it as Muhammad. Getting beside myself here, but I guess the main question is, can thoughts and ideas shape and or change a hallucination while it is going on?
