Of the 3 California pieces of legislation Sessions has his underwear in a knot over, one (the private business inquiries) is clearly unconstitutional.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Then someone should challenge it in court not have some southern cracker fuckhead make a spectacle of himself and demean his office.... as if it could be demeaned any further.
