Similar to the old AOL-mail system, you could 'unsend' a message to multiple recipients while it was still in the buffer but once it had been read by just one recipient the unsend option is gone.
It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.

I'll take your word on that, since I don't know AOL, but in this case it didn't matter if someone had read it... so I think it's just a straightforward time window of opportunity.

Honestly, I can empathize with CL. I once meant to send a dick pic to my entire family, the local library, and the day shift staff at Soy Beans 'R' Us. Mistakenly sent it to just my wife. Oh, the humiliation.

My mom got to my dad's phone and deleted the pic for me before it was viewed by him. He doesn't even know about.
Super awkward and embarrassing situation, but there are much worse pictures so if it had to happen, I'm glad it was one that doesn't actually show my privates. Still upset it happened, but boy, that could have been so much worse....
