It doesn't actually matter how it would be possible for the thought experiment..though..,it's hardly beyond the range of possibility even if it's beyond the range of our current ability.
If the reason that your attraction to someone could be soured was because of fake parts (laying aside that I seriously doubt that anyone is quite as disgusted by fake tits..for example..as they claim to be....) then.... if the parts we real.

-as to the other part...things don;t have to be some endless series of gotchas. Do you think it would be fair to suggest that..if a person said "not real parts" was the reason..and you asked -okay, what if they were real parts..and that person said no, still no..that "not real parts" wasn't their actual reason..even if their actual reason wasn't transphobia either?

They may have additional reasons. The first one that comes to mind could be the real parts. The endless added caveats do have a "gotcha" feel. They just feel endless because they're coming from more than one angle.
Once you do away with the biology of it, I doubt there are many left who care. If it turned out Tibs' brain was transplanted from a woman, it wouldn't do much to change anything. That's just his personality bit.

Whereas I think there are many who still would care, even if they couldn't articulate why, and even if wasn't some transphobic this or that.
That many of the reasons, singularly and collectively..that we've seen in thread are not..in fact, any reason at all..and while it may be someones goal to paint people as dirty, dirty transphobes..and I think we're all aware that transphobic reasons exists (and maybe even that we might have a bit in us).....I;m just trying to help people find a little uncommon self awareness.
For you, for example, above...in the bit about tibs. If you were accurately trying to answer the thrust of the question..it would be no. If tibs happened to be born in a female body and got himself dropped into that sexy brit -boy- frame..it'd be np, np at all. The fact that he would be trans, is not a dealbreaker..alone.
