Bill Kintner. Running for county assessor, the primary is May 15th. 

He thinks his strong point are: Regan conservative, Former State Senator (you'll need to read the Wiki attachment for details), attends Reality Church (not to be confused with the Church of Reality), A rating from the NRA, fought Obamacare Medicaid expansion, and believes in protecting the rights of the unborn.
