Arguments for God in Quran.
RE: Arguments for God in Quran.
Guidance is if it's possible, guidance such that conjecture is not equated with certainty, knowledge with ignorance, light and darkness not all mixed, must be from God.

Otherwise, yes, everyone has some morals they know are true.

That's not guidance though. And it's meaningless to do good when equating with it evil. It becomes even more harmful, because the person can't recognize even their injustice, they do evil and love it as much as good, and do good, and mix it all up, like as if there is no difference between the two.

You could only speak for yourself in this.  I don;t personally ask myself what "god's proof" says in -any- moral consideration.  So, lets hear it, is "god's proof" the only thing standing between you and doing something horrible, at present?

-and what happens when "gods proof" suggests you should do something horrible..I wonder?  In my experience, that's when people start spontaneously exploding in crowded streets.

God's proof is the only thing you ever did good by and will ever do good by, because acting on ignorance is never considered goodness.

And God's proof is the one to rely on to see God as it's God's Name and Captain to navigate the souls.

First, how did you determine that most people don’t act according to empathy?

Second, as Hammy pointed out, “most” people who harm each other are theists who are killing in the name of their God’s moral authority.  So, how is that perfect, necessary guidance working out?

Quote:Not very well, but it's still necessary if we are to have a chance of uniting on good.

And we can say the exact same thing about secular morality.  Why can’t you see that?

-and yet the people incoherently shrieking about "gods proof" are the most likely to explode in a crowded street. I've met plenty of these captains. You point one out, I'll start digging another grave..because that's how this ends. If god favors one person or one truth and not the other....well...I'm still here........

Guidance as in real moral guidance, as is not mix conjecture with truth guidance, is only possible with God and his proof.

Otherwise impossible. How can you forge forth on a path without sight and light? It's impossible.

Yet with you all has been the Guide informing what you must do at each stage. Mixed in all that, is the conjecture, that you still don't recognize who your Leader is.

So you equate falsehood with truth, ugliness with beauty, good and evil. It's all mixed like some grey soup.

It's sad when we have to use terms like "secular morality" when it should just be "morality". Unfortunately, the way religious people like to unreasonably monopolize terms makes us have to add the "secular" bit.

All secular moral theories are equally available to believers...and if anyone could use em...it's believers.

I don't see how you don't realize goodness is to act on sight of what is good to do and follow with love, and both love and goodness need to value what is there, and has meaning, and that requires proof, and that proof is a mystic nature...
It's not some chemical reaction creating some algorithym, by which you feel good to act on. It's not. And it's time to admit.
You guys ask for proofs, and when clarified, you just mock around.
What you value, ought to be valued in truth, and truth requires proof, and the proof is a mystic nature, because it's unseen.

The path is always with you, even if you running in it's opposite direction.

You should be asking yourself this question.  I have "sight and light"..you defer to magic book in absence of either...and bullshit yourself about the demon locks on -my- heart.......
