Water fast

RE: Water fast
Maybe you should write Dr. Oz about it.

Water optimal Ph as well as usage of silver to make water even healthier is pure science.

RE: Water fast
Watch out for colloidal silver, there's an annoying side effect.

I don’t think the science is as straightforward as you think it is:

Quote:Finally, returning to the questions asked in Section 1, while the overall quality of evidence has only been rated as between moderate and low it is suggested that the evidence is sufficient to indicate that:
• while silver is toxic to mammalian cells in vitro, in vivo studies show minimal toxicity at realistic exposure scenarios and as such it seems unlikely to cause harm to humans from its use as a drinking-water treatment; and
in its current applications, silver is not an effective drinking-water disinfectant.

Unless you live in a third world country (do you?), I don’t really see the point.

My filtering device has option to add silver in water. I added it in to water recently and got health boost. I'm from EU.

Important: amount of days you were on water fast should be equal to the same amount of days you should spend slowly returning to normal digestion by drinking light foods like raw vegetable juices. For more details - https://www.wikihow.com/Perform-a-Water-Fast

There was a dude who water fasted for 30 days and then ate a lot of hard to digest food, which killed him...

That guy took stupid to a whole other level.

Yeah that is the recommended amount. It's also important to not drink too much at once.

You can think of it as 2litres/24hours
2litres/1minute can be very bad for your body.

It depends on the quality of water. I store my tap water in a bucket for a night, so that all rubbish particles like rust(I have soviet infrastructure in my area) are at the bottom of the bucket. Then I rise waters Ph to 8 using electronic ionizer device, so that my body doesn't have to do that and spend energy.

I don't like the water in Korea. It's too watery, and I only sometimes get drunk off it.

Keep up the "water diet" for much longer and the reverse will start to happen. And very likely be worse than when you were eating food, even if that food was doing something to you.

Q: What's the best thing you cook?

A: Tap water.
