She wasn’t quit sucked out.  She was half way out, but her fellow passengers managed to hold on to her for several minutes and then eventually pulled her back in. It’s not clear whether her fatal injuries were inflicted by the fragments from the disintegrating engine breaking through the window and side of the plane and hitting her, or her being thrust half way out the broken window and dangle in the airstream for a few minutes.

Major hickies. I.e. blood loss due to the low pressure area outside the plane. /SWAG

She died of a heart attack. Sad
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Unusually severe uncontained engine failure. Everyone else on plane very lucky wing wasn't peppered with (more) shrapnel that might have left it no longer airworthy.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Even assuming exposure to a pure vaccum, such would not have been enough to kill her. She probably died of internal injuries due to impact with the fuselage.

And, I should add, "god" (if there is one) is pityless, too.

Passengers said there was blood all over the seat and covering the hands of the passengers who pulled her back in.

The first fan stage shed a blade.   This was rather less severe then if say, the turbine disk had fractured and failed.
