18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.
19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.

Mark 14 (KJV)
22 And as they did eat, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and brake it, and gave to them, and said, Take, eat: this is my body.
23 And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them: and they all drank of it.
24 And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.


So, was it bread then wine, or wine then bread? Or both at the same time ???

I have been through a lot of sermons in my day, but I have never heard that passage be used so out of context.

Are you listening to jewish or Mormon sermons? Islamic sermons also donot teach this principle... That said bible based Christianity does.

in mat 11:
25 Then Jesus said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth. I am thankful that you have hidden these things from those who are so wise and so smart. But you have shown them to people who are like little children. 26 Yes, Father, you did this because it’s what you really wanted to do.

I guess this little bit was 'hidden from you.'

This dude condemns everyone who doesn't believe him to hell, then makes it as difficult as possible to actually get people into heaven, and we're supposed to believe he's a really wise and good individual? He's much more concerned with breaking people down than building them up, trying to make fools out of the greatest minds, and elevating ignorant children. Yet none of the world leaders are children, because letting an eight year old run a country would be so obviously bad. Or an adult that acts like a child.
