The truth of it is being suppressed in the scientific community. Have you ever seen the movie Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed? The scientific community is trying to protect evolution aside from all the issues with the theory. I suggest you watch the movie if you haven't seen it.

That is the crux of the situation that some religious people have trouble accepting.
The scientific community exists merely to raise awareness regarding the natural world in which we live. Is the fact that science has proven biblical concepts to be false the blame of science? Hardly, it's the blame of religion for reason dictates primitive thoughts should be left in the past when modern thought shows those old ideas to be wrong.

Why does the truth hurt you so bad?
You know how time travel is possible as Einstein discovered. This fact is used in all GPS systems to keep their coordinates or else you would be driving off into the ocean, so it has to be accounted for. I think time travel is possible because God can see all of time; beginning to end, since He is the alpha and the omega. I don't think anything of any mass will be able to travel in time but I think that is the reason it is designed into the universe. Just some food for thought.
