We're rethinking the holidays given the current economy. We've put an absolute limit on spending for gifts. We sat down and talked about it and realized we couldn't remember most of what we received as gifts last year. So we've decided on a day of food and drink, we're pooling $$ for an outrageous bottle of champagne because a part of the holiday is decadence, putting together a good dinner and snack menu and calling it a day.

I have to admit I'm liking not doing it this year! I hate shopping for me much less for someone else.

Good thinking! I always like seeing the face of someone who just got the perfect gift, and the challenge is tempting. But this year, I'm barely keeping my head above water.

I was helping out a user through email. On her last email she thanked me for my help and added merry christmas and I replied happy festivus without even thinking about it. Wink

J is for jovial the playfull good humor everyone is in, go to the relatives house let the party beguin.
E is for excess in food and in drink.. for hugging the toilet and puking in sinks
S is for sex and the like.. and finding new uses for the exercize bike
U is for underpants.. found under your bed right beside the polariod with them on your head.
S is for stain.. theres one on the carpet and one in your sheets. you may get it out but the smell will take weeks.......
