Discrimination, oppression, and the War on Christianity

Discrimination, oppression, and the War on Christianity
Can you name any type of real discrimination against Christians in America?

Also, why is that asking people not to tag you in religious posts on social media, saying happy holidays, and maintaining a separation of church and state is so often considered a war on Christianity; however, the same Christians that claim oppression have no qualms about mistreating anyone who dares to openly not be Christian?

They're not allowed to completely control the society. Something must be done about that!

Claims of discrimination/oppression will continue until religious people can be made to understand that not being allowed to deny other people their rights is not an infringement of yours.

If US Christians really want to know what religious oppression is all about, try being a street preacher in Sri Lanka or talking a walk up and down the Falls Road, shouting, 'Fuck the Pope!'

They've had entitlement all of these long years and now it's slowly fading away. When your kingdom begins to fail of course your going to claim persecution.

Of course.   Are they allowed to leverage their fake piety and charity into secular totalitarian rule of their make belief deity?

No?

They must be the most discriminated people in all creation, then.

As a US Christian I haven’t really personally experienced oppression for my beliefs. Personal discrimination based on my beliefs I have been persecuted for, depending on your definition. Most of what was persecution should have been establishing the framework for social contract interactions, but can be tinged with so much emotion it becomes bigoted and inflammatory, but I chalk that up as the cost of conversation. You have to risk being offended to engage socially.

What would be your definition of 'persecution', then?  If you feel you've been on the receiving end of it, I think it would be important to say specifically what you mean.

I've been denied work and housing based on my perceived religion; did you mean something like that?

I think Christians ARE discriminated against in the US of A. There IS a war on Christmas.. If they're bakers they HAVE to bake cakes for sinners and evolution IS forced on their children in science classes. Such oppression must be a living hell for them. Poor souls, I don't know how they cope.
