The power and perks aside, you have to be an absolute moron to think being president is fun. It's one day after another of juggling chainsaws while being fed into a meat grinder. Trump should have been minimally self-aware to have known this wasn't the job for him, but of course his fucking ego won't allow him such glimpses of sanity.

It's only going to get even less fun as time goes on. Good. No one deserves it more.

Heh, Putin had to become a serious christian officially at least to gather more support and maintain his monarchy. He fuels his popularity by presenting himself as a sincere christian, because otherwise the rotting infrastructure from soviet times and extreme corruption would get him out of the office long ago.
