Last time I took the spawn to see their granny my youngest daughter was trying to pick a bag of oranges and got "attacked" by an iguana, lol. When she tells the story to the neighbor kids it's a TRex. "Uh-huh! Just ask my daddy!". I convinced all of em that anoles were baby gators (while wearing them as earrings, lol). Then there are real gaters, nile moniters, and tegus.
Just saying, I can see why children and other idiots believe this shit. His first go round with it was in Florida.
