Not a lawyer but hurricanes can do damage. 

If someone's blow up kiddy pool lands in a backyard, and a sticky number displaying an address on a house gets blown off, can that person get a 100% total on the house?

That's reasonable. Good thing I scrapped the lighter fluid and matches option.
