Mhmmm.... And the other 61?

Their civil suits depended on the outcome of this trial, now that Cosby was convicted their civil suits can move forward.

Mmm-kay... Firstly, have those 61 women filed civil lawsuits against Cosby?

Secondly, how would their civil lawsuits depend on guilty verdict in this case? May I remind you, that despite OJ having been found not guilty, he was still sued by victim's families and lost.

Another Sexual Assault Lawsuit Moves Forward Against Bill Cosby

Quote:The New York Daily News reports, a California judge ruled yesterday that “the 2016 sexual battery complaint filed by model Chloe Goins can move forward after it was virtually frozen pending the outcome of Cosby’s Pennsylvania criminal case.”

Well, technically, he lost, but, honestly, everyone lost, since the money O.J. makes from his pensions legally cannot be touched, and, consequently, the Goldmans will never get a dime, because the pensions are all he has. And with Bill Cosby being in his eighties, blind, and kryptonite for any sort of hiring agency, by this point, I can't see that the other 61 will get much more of a chance at his money, even if they do find him liable.

How I'm defending a rapist by saying the trial wasn't fair?

To speak to your idiotic statement however, if Cosby was gay, you atheists would come out of the woodwork to defend him just like y'all were defending Harvey Milk for raping an underage boy.

That's not a defense genius, being afforded a fair trial is one of your basic rights, therefore it's grounds for the conviction to be overturned on appeal, which will happen, just watch.

What are you talking about? Blanket statements are nearly always wrong.

 I got the receipts.

Downbeatplumb started this thread about fundamentalist christian group to refusing to accept a Harvey Milk Stamp.

When it was pointed out that they were refusing the stamp because Harvey Milk was a damn sexual predator (he was buggering an underage boy, which is statutory rape), all the 'splaining' in that thread was ridiculous.

This is from Downbeatplumbs own link.

https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2014/05..._hp_ref=uk

Quote:The US Postal Service recently released the set of stamps commemorating the country’s first elected gay official, however an organisation called the American Family Association (AFA) has demanded its followers do not accept packages or letters bearing the “predator’s” face, arguing, “He is the last person we should be featuring on a stamp”.

Released on Wednesday, an AFA press release stated: “Honouring predator Harvey Milk on a U.S. postage stamp is disturbing to say the least. Harvey Milk was a very disreputable man and used his charm and power to prey on young boys with emotional problems and drug addiction.”
