SA doesn't get "silence", it consistently ranks for human rights abuse.   The trouble is figuring out a course of action that corrects the issue - short of invasion and regime change, and backed by international law.  As we all know by now..no matter how oppressive and backwards a middle eastern regime is...there are always enough people who just fuckin love it to make it a pain in the ass to remove.

I think the people are too "afraid" to speak, some are even afraid to think. It's very hard to speak when you're being threatned by a bone saw if you ever open your mouth; let us not dwell on the terrible torture stories I was raised on and that literally EVERYBODY was repeating.

"The People" would fight to the last man the minute foreign boots hit the ground, lol.

However, assuming the fantasy, if "the people" wanted to do away with the saudi regime..they are the most well positioned to do so. That has nothing to do with the world being silent, and it is not being silent. Every moment "the people" put up with it they get worse. Why wouldn't they? They haven't reached peak totalitarian state, yet.

Truth be told, natives in the Middle East must recognize that the first enemy that will probably torture and kill them, is coming from the family next door. The same with Jamal. How did he allow himself to venture inside the Saudi consulate? God have mercy on him.
