I only put a little bit of thought into this, but I think that the solution is to not whine and oppose a section for critical and civil discussion.   Or people could complain and make stuff up.   While I may not be an authority,  I don't think that is rational.

Edit to add:  I'm sick of seeing this discussion as well!

Maybe the solution is to realize that people are upset about certain forum members getting special treatment rather than pretending like they’re against civil discussion.
I’m not personally for or against the new section but it does kind of look like people getting special treatment.

Edit: Just to clarify, I didn’t mean that the people who object to the subforum itself are being snowflakes.  Valid points have been made on both sides of the argument.  I am talking about the people who want it hidden from the forum at large because they don’t even want to have to see it.  I think that’s a bit ridiculous, frankly.

The wanktards are already trying to control the rules over there.  It is blatantly apparent that the likes of wooters, am, a theist or cl wanted that section not to have polite debate, but to control what could be debated, how it could be debated and what refutations the opposition could use.

Well, we’ll have to see how it plays out.

If I was part of the council, I would have opposed it, and told people that this issue is not like some medical proof or fact, but it's a battle between hearts, it's a psychological battle that is far greater then all of us here, and we shouldn't stop people from the psychological warfare aspect both sides should go at it. But I'm still enjoying the tears of all those who were rude to me through out the years. I can't help it.

I thought you were fucking off, forever. Jerkoff  You must be channeling ExcitedPenguin, and not in a good way. So, you're just here to gloat about a coup the religious have scored, based on Tiberius' generosity. What a tool. I shouldn't call you a tool, actually. Tools are useful. You are just some random spewer of Jizzlam insanity.
