I agree. We weren't made at all. We just happened. If unnatural means the product of intentional design, then yes, some things we do aren't natural. And some apples are green. So what? The only way you get to any kind of conclusion is by making judgements about this state of affairs, and your judgements are purely arbitrary. We interact with our environment. So what? That's untrue. We are simply unsuited to life outside of the tropical regions in which we evolved. We have spread beyond those regions because we can adapt, wear skins, make baseboard heaters, etc...

1-To survive the cold, we wear "the hide of other creatures" that  already exist on earth.

Not in the tropics.

2-To eat, we must consume organisms that already exist on earth.
3-To move, we must have energy. Energy comes from eating.
4-To consume life on a big scale to survive, we must use organisms or materials already existing on earth. Imagine skinning a sheep with bare hands.
5-Life kills us. Science proved that we are being pressured by an invisible force called "Atmospheric pressure".

Just like all other life on Earth. It would be far more shocking if we didn't have to eat and if we weren't eaten by something.

Certain parasites are exclusive to our species. They can't live without us. Interestingly, they are found exclusively in sub-Saharan Africa.
