So, let's say Dumpy McTrumpface gets his wall...a solid wall from the Pacific to the Gulf. And it's also deep enough to keep people from tunneling under....and we make anyone coming up by plane or landing by boat/ship pass through all the tests to prove they are from America...who thinks that crime in America will stop?

The hilarious thing is that I think that he actually was going to walk away from the wall, just before the shutdown. But then Hannity, Coulter, and Limbaugh taunted him over giving up on the wall. So now we have people talking about President Hannity and President Coulter. Liberal pundits should be talking about President Hannity and President Coulter endlessly. It will drive Trump nuts. I think that it could even turn him against the right completely. Some lefties need to jump in there and start sympathizing with him for how mean the right is being with him. We'll get him completely reeducated and constantly quoting Marxist literature.

Border enforcement officials support a wall.  It's worked very for Israel.  It's much easier and efficient to stop them at the border.  It's also more humane than chasing people around and deporting them; especially those with families.

Who cares if they support it . Israel isn't the US nor is the border remotely the  same . And no it's neither efficient  nor humane .

If we're worried about what Mexico thinks of us, just build the wall and be a good neighbor to Mexico.  We can explain why we're building it and maintain good relations with them.  If they want to hate us because we want to control our own borders, that's their problem.

There is no contradiction between an open border and controlling citizenship nor in there any contradiction between stopping drug trafficking and human smuggling and an open border . This frames the issue poorly immigration and law enforcement should not be put under the same umbrella and the border shouldn't be a demilitarized zone , And considering illegal immigration is falling and the crimes related to it are falling . This is a fake crisis .
