Abiogenesis in the proximity of hydrothermal vents?

Traffic lights are easy:
Green- Ok Red- not OK, need to wait. Yellow, speed up before the red.
When one says "possibly" it also allows for "possibly not", because "possibly" isn't conclusive. Same thing for "may have", which allows for "may have not" as an alternative. In light of that, interesting claim but inconclusive.
New discoveries are generally not conclusive. That's how science works.

For those interested in parallel theoretical work fleshing out the organic chemistry and biochemistry details of how life may arise in specific condition of specific type of hydrothermal vents prevalent on earth 4 billion years ago but rare today, I recommend the relatively recent popular science book Life Ascending by Nick Lane.

Not only are you stupid, but you can’t conceive of how people can be smarter than you, even though people who are smarter than you would be all around you if you were to just step out of your church. Understanding of things that happened 4 years ago, 4000 years ago, 4 million years ago and 4 billion years are getting better all the time and squeezing your god like toothpast out a tube from ever more crevices of ignorances your ilk are so eager to insert that worthless, ridiculous and pernicious concept. It's not about being smarter than anyone. You could be a super genius for all I know. If you are, then great. Happy for you then. No need to make assumptions regardless. Curious though, according to you, what makes someone "smarter" than someone else? Is there a standard? So you are the determining factor? Can you define science? You may be right, but it depends on what you're claiming science is. RE: Abiogenesis in the proximity of hydrothermal vents?
