Yeah!!! Or like, have the wall search vehicles for smuggled drugs at legal ports of entry! I think we’re on to something big and beautiful, Losty. 😁

The same people that tell you " a wall won' t help keep people from entering the country illegally" -   think that background checks, waiting periods, and limits on magazine capacity will help stop gun violence??

Huh

Holy apples and cow patties Batman!

1. With or without papers, most humans migrating here are not violent.

2. Most violent criminals in our nation's prisons are born here with legal status. Unless you stupidly want to claim the majority of our estimated 2 million in our jails and prisons are 99% from south of the border, which would be FALSE!

But yea that little girl and little boy who died recently, go ahead and try loading a high capacity magazine in their ass and see how many people you can mow down from a hotel 32 stories up. Maybe it is just me, but I don't see unarmed people trying to flee famine and violence as a threat.

And this is just fear mongering bullshit on your part.

Most of the undocumented events happen from legal ports of entries.

Most of the illegal drugs that come in, same thing, at established ports.

But most importantly, your fellow human beings simply trying not to die, are the majority entering, regardless of having or not having papers.

It never occurs to you that it IS possible to value stronger laws to regulate entry without falling for fear and  bigotry.

So in typical bigoted fashion, you are literally treating a human being like an object which you are far more willing to protect than a fellow human being.

As the orange turd says, "Sad".

OLB, it is really sad to me that you are too stupid to see, that you are far more likely do die in your own house from your own use, or someone else using your firearm than you would be from dying from a complete stranger.

Suicides are the #1 cause of firearm death. Domestic violence, violence between family members or neighbors, would be second. Accidental would be third, and mostly children getting their hands on them.

Want to guess how many times my Hispanic neighbors on both sides of me have robbed me or shot at me? I've lived next to them for over a decade.

Ya don' t get it ......

....

Neither the wall or your cherished gun control methods work.

The ONLY people controlled by gun laws or walls - are those people who already obey the laws - and aren't the problem in the first place.

...

Would pictures help ???

Yea ok.  Just on immigration alone, you do realize that for the past 50 years every president of BOTH parties has ended up signing  immigration reform laws.

So if you stupidly want to claim every president prior to the orange turd is not as smart as the orange turd, I will laugh in your face.

And FYI I hate the term "gun control" because needlessly fearful people like you allowed the NRA to scare the shit out of you when what we really want is just "gun safety", you know, like what you always argue, "Just keep them out of the wrong hands". I'd say keeping them out of the wrong hands can make us safer, don't you?

Unless you are for handing firearms out to the wrong people? Are you? I hope not. I like the term "gun safety". Silly me thinking drunk people, domestic abusers, mentally ill, terrorists, violent offenders should not get their hands on firearms.

First off _ fucknuts -- I approve of the orange turd just slightly less than I approve of  you.

So don' t EVER lump me in with his special group of drooling happy campers.

And cut the bullshit - " gun safety" - that' s just your rebranding your same old bullshit.

The only laws you want passed are those that are inconvenient to gun owners, and have no effect on crime rates.

You WANT these laws to fail - so you can cry " nothing works!!!  ban them all!!!".

Whyizit that gun control opponents have little to nothing to offer in terms of solutions, while bitching at those on offer?

You happy with the status quo? If so, you're part of the problem.

I don't recall us having a gun safety conversation where I told you what kind of laws I think would help prevent some gun violence.

Who is “you”?  I also don’t recall you and I ever having a conversation about gun safety. It seems like you’re ranting into the wind.

Sorry, wasn't directed at anyone other than Brian. He likes to complain - and despite repeated polite requests - he has never offered anything close to a solution.

RE: Whyizit?
Difference also is that the wall is a huge fucking drain on america's budget. Not just the initial build. But also in the years to come maintaining it with government money, i.e. Taxes.
Changing gun regulation laws, on the other hand, is relatively cheap.

Both the wall and stricter gun regulations will, I think, indeed help in the respective fields of illegal immigration and gun violence. The wall is just a vast expense for a marginal result in a non-primary problem. Gun control laws are a relatively low-cost aid to greatly diminish the problem it focusses on.

Edited because my phone sucks monkey-balls.
