I can remember as a kid, back in the 1970s, my Marine dad, whom actually did serve in the Marines, but never saw combat, whom was a HS biology teacher, how he would freak out if I disturbed him watching the afternoon soaps during summer, if I disturbed him. Reminds me of this Styx song.

I listened to that as we went from San Diego, California, to Pusan, Korea at 12 knots (13.2 mph). One trip I tried to learn how to use two 10-key calculators at the same time. Kept me from going sane.
