I can call my friends Nigga, they are cooI with that. I don't use that word with black people that I am not friends with though. It's a matter of trust, I guess. Altough usually I go with "mano", that in english is alike to "bro"

In the case of this forum, the slur (and others with the same history) won't be allowed unless in a discussion about the words themselves, and even then in moderation. We won't be gatekeeping who can say it and who can't. The rules apply equally to everyone.
