I know someone that visited there for a while.  They are an oppressed nation.  Their guns were taken away.

Hitler took the guns away from dissidents and those that opposed him before slaying the Jews.  Taking guns away does lead to oppression.  That is the main reason for the gun rights is to squash an oppressive government.

The second amendment was not initially created as a means of the people bearing arms, but it became constitutionally altered due to the sick minds of gun fondlers.
