Making and using acellular blood vessels, it's pretty damn cool!

Blood vessel collagen shells grown in a lab and used for transplant. In time they take on the hosts cellular characteristics. The best part, no immune/graft worries (one type fits all) and they become self healing and fight infection. Basically coverts into the hosts own blood vessel.
