Wonder where this is now? Sitting in a trash can somewhere?

After the 2012 elections the GOP published a report basically showing the reasons why they are losing favor among voters. One of the most interesting was that minorties often feel disinfranchised by the Republican party. I find this so interesting because the GOP was so willing to accept minorties with open arms then. You know, since they were getting butt kicked in the election. But now, now that they have their guy in office it doesn't matter to them. I'm afraid the GOP won't recover from Trump being in the White House. I guess we will have to see how Donald Plump does in 2020. However, if he loses, I promise you the GOP will be scrambling.
And they will more than likely recycling this report. Give it a read, I posted a link below. Lots of people tell me that since the economy is doing well Trump will more than likely be elected, because of statistics. However, anyone who has taken an entry level stats class knows what outliers are. And I bet you Trump will be one of these outliers. Trump becoming president could quite possibly be the worst thing that has happened to the GOP. And the fact that the majority of them are silent when Trump tweets racist remarks it's rather telling.

Part of the reason that they’ve gone full freak show was the failure of their minority outreach efforts. Ultimately, they needed a way to win, and when it became clear that they weren’t succeeding at snatching up a growing portion of the electorate, the only practical option that remained was disenfranchisement.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. Lest not forget the only reason the GOP won in 2016 is because of a technicality. Despite losing the popular vote.

Reason?
You want reason?
They're politicians.
They're as influenced by reason as frogs are by the rings of Saturn..

The course of action taken was very calculated and very reasonable. It was cynical and fucked up too, ofc, but it worked as well as any surgical procedure could be expected to fir the same reasons. They’ve captured state houses and federal courts regardless of the demographic makeup of the areas they purportedly represent. It would be s mistake to look at this as the product of irrational minds.

lowest black unemployment rate since they have been recording these numbers. lowest latino unemployment rate, highest or largest increase in minority medium income on record. Better schools better housing... yeah the Reps have no chance ever after trump
From the chicago tribune:
No one cared more about the plight of black Americans than Barack Obama — our first African-American president — who won well more than 90 percent of the black vote. But the sad paradox of Obama's presidency is that a president who was going to lift up black America economically didn't deliver. From 2009 to 2015, the incomes of black Americans fell by more than $900 per family adjusted for inflation. So far under Trump, median family incomes have risen by more than $1,000, according to Sentier Research and based on Census Bureau numbers. These numbers are not broken down by race, but it's a pretty good bet that black incomes have risen with those of other races under Trump.
The rate of job growth per month for blacks under Trump has so far been 40 percent higher than the monthly average under Obama. Trump has averaged nearly 30,000 new black jobs per month. That's especially remarkable because Obama was elected when employment was way down.
Another issue that is critically important to black and Hispanic economic progress is good schools. Trump is advancing the idea of school choice so that every child can attend a quality school, public or private. In cities such as Washington, D.C., and Milwaukee, the children who benefit from voucher and scholarship programs are predominantly black. Trump wants to increase by tenfold the number of black children who benefit from these vouchers and scholarships.
