Bones and Bone Marrow

Bone will regrow if parts of the living bone is still there and there is a matrix or scaffold which tells the bone where to grow.

This is how broken ends of bones can stitch them selves together.

Missing bone will not regrow if the bone tissue has died, or the bone is removed all together.  

The notion that a removed rib will grow back is bullshit.

If the rib is completely removed.  There will be nothing in the body that would be signaled to grow new bone there.    If the rib is partially removed, and if the remaining portion of the rib is still supplied with blood and alive, the live bone may attempt to regrow, but unless a new matrix or scaffold is placed where the missing bone had been, the remaining bone tissue would have no way to develop into a new rib.  It would simply grow a lump to close off the severed end of the remaining bone, sort of like bone scar tissue rather than new bone.

Implanting matrix or scaffolding to enable missing parts of bone or organ to grow back is on the cutting edge of reconstructive medicine.

Dude! If the sheath that houses a rib bone is left intact, it's called a periosteum, then a fully removed rib will grow back fully because it has everything it needs, including blood supply, and it will reconnect to the spine being a carbon copy of the original rib removed, and in a few months will be just like the one removed. Dude! Do you think I just made this shit up?

A fully removed rib will not grow back because there are no live bone cells remaining to attempt to grown back.

The USC study suggest a partially removed rib will partially regrow if perichondrium is left in tact.   That’s totally different from an entire removed rib will grow back.

Not so fast wyzas, The bible does not establish science. It rather makes very bold statements to people who have never heard of science thousands of years ago. It's a very old book and cannot change--ever! So you sit there and throw darts at it because your so fucking smart!? Dude! The only thing is you will only discover that you are a wyzas because you listen to stupid people whom claim to understand what the bible says--STUPIDLY!

I was blinded at 9yrs old. The circumstances that lead to it are an outrageous bragamony of looks, ability, and charm. That day it was all destroyed in an instant by a bomb that exploded in my face. It took them 6yrs to reconstruct my face. A year to get enough vision back to function again. So, for 6yrs I was ostracized by my peers. 

However, my relationship with God remained extremely close. I really didn't have anyone else to express to, what it was like. God became my confidante. I think I charmed Him showing Him the beautiful things I could see again and the things I was leaning in school. We talked all the time.

I am a pastor kid(PK) and at 13yrs took advantage of the library in my house and took it upon myself to study college level theology. I never stopped!

But, when I was 29yrs I was so confused because my life had been so good beyond imagination. I had already traveled the world by the time I was 19 and experienced so many things. To come back and see that nothing had changed and everyone sitting in the same seat really bothered me! There was something wrong with faith so I explored it.


pistos(faith/trust) is a noun of action they teach as if it's a verb! And "sOzO/saved", a verb, as if it's a noun. Everyone is completely backwards!

So I kept exploring the original languages of the bible only to discover that my life with God makes perfect sense. But no sense to theology. So, I wrote an extensive book and published it in 2013 called 'Wake Up Call--William McCoy", only on Kindle E-books for now. That book defrocks thee entire clergy!

So I look to the bible and science to understand what God has made and why He made it. I study from squirrels that books can't talk about. I study from fish things that have never been written. From bees, beetles, flowers, plants, trees. Paul said, "You will know God by what He has made". That is truth and light. And light is everything and everything is light but, I can't teach that because it don't fit with the absolute stupidity of science professors! Because, they don't understand that they can't fuck with the thousands of year old bible even to this date! But they can have fun with the stupid Xtians!

K'den, according to the smart people here and USC, rib bones can grow back under the right circumstances. Other bones can only heal.

Also that the bone marrow of the rib bone is an excellent source of multipotent stem cells. And yes, I know that they are not pluripotent.

Grow only partially back, and only if the bone is not totally removed.    Under a slightly different set of "right" circumstances, other bones can be made to grow partially back too.
