I think there was an old timey comedian that had the same kind of mustache as Hitler. I feel bad that Hitler ruined it. Same with the swastika.

I was going to mention him but I don't think he'll be around for that long. I think he'll be the shortest serving PM. He has 119 days (or 130 days for the shortest time before being sacked). The Brexit deadline was 99 days from him taking office.

But he is most definitely a contender.
