I’ve gotten in the habit of doing little exercises like jumping jacks, squats, or push ups, between ball throws for my dog. I’ll go on until she’s tired and thoroughly weirded out.

Give me a line of speed and a nice soft girl to lay on and I could do 100 push ups.

Let's do a food challenge today. Everyone, try to get in your recommended servings of fruits and vegetables.

. . . and I'm choking down a protein smoothie with spinach and berries. I do not like this protein powder. I like my other kind better. Blech. Drinking it anyway.

Do blueberry PopTarts count?
(kidding. I had two nanners with breakfast, and the evening meal is generally complicated by a salad of some kind)

That smoothie was straight nasty. I didn't finish it. I'm trading it out for a better smoothie for dessert later and a veggie-based dinner that I haven't planned yet.

Oh, you're killing it! No one has posted a challenge yet for today. So, I'll go ahead and do it again. Pick one bodyweight exercise, anything you want to do, and do sets of them until you literally just can't anymore. Challenge yourself to go to the next level. Post results if you want.
I have to do something that doesn't involve my neck right now (I do neck and shoulder exercises twice a week in PT). So, I think I'll do a wall sit until I feel like I'm going to die.
