I didn't think I heard it right, glad it's a real word. Egyptian women who try to look classy always use it. Speaking basic French words is spread in Egypt.
Many get the accent wrong, but use it anyways because it's feminine to use French according to the stereotype.

I've heard somewhere that cows can climb stairs, but they can't get back down once they're up. Don't know how true it is, I've never tried to take a cow up or down a staircase.
Edit: I've never tried it with old ladies either.
