House REpublicans Illegally Holed up in SCIF Room

I'm sure we'll be hearing from all those people worried about National Security because of Hillary's Emails, how much of a threat to National Security THIS is.
If one of us barged into a congressional meeting -- let alone the SCIF Room -- you can best believe we'd be dragged out. Hell, we could stage a protest OUTSIDE Of McConnell's office, and be in a wheelchair and still be dragged out. But apparently Capitol Police can't bother to drag these bozos out. (Keep in mind that there ARE Republicans on these committees. Including Devin Nunes). The Republcian Party has become unhinged. (And of course, Donald Trump knew about this plan, and endorsed it.)
They're really showing how innocent they are.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

So, according to this lawyer, the democrat who replaces Trump can go out and shoot Trump and his supporters and be immune from prosecution?
What if he signed an executive order that Trump’s followers can be rounded up, taken into the desert, and shot?
Are those who carry out the orders also immune from prosecution for the duration of the president’s term because of the source?

When you can't argue the facts, you attack the process. In this case, the process is that the House can conduct an impeachment inquiry any way it wants to.

Until recently, even the most underhanded political stratagems at the level of national politics have not dared to be so boldfacedly lawless.
This is another indication trump is but a superficial symptom of much deeper and more widespread synchronous decay in the quality of the electorate and political class.
The end of trump will hardly slow the further decline of this country's governance and influence.

You facts are 1/2 right in that members of congress where hold up in a secrete meeting but there where no republicans in the room. it was all dims trying to get their story straight or find some way to impeach trump and doing so with out due process that an official impeachment proceedings would mandate. Don't get me wrong the dims have tried to impeach trump officially but they are over 100 votes short of starting the process legally... so rather than things like the constitution and the law of the united states stop them they went on with this secrete partisan meeting.. That is when the republicans stormed the closed door meeting in the secrete 'room'.
Stop and look at all the condemnation you where slinging at the republicans when you thought it was us who was doing wrong.... now look at your backpedaling and the excuses and name calling you will do to try and justify the same evil acts you were going to use to justify a coupe.

The bullshit false victim cry that the GOP has been shut out of the process, is just that.
In no part of our country's history has any committee shut out the other party. Oversight in our history has always involved both parties.
The reason for closed hearings at this point, isn't to hide anything. It is to insure quality control so that the witnesses cannot be corrupted or intimidated.
The GOP knows that this is just the investigation period of the process. And they have been in every hearing thus far.
After the initial investigation, just like a criminal trial, both prosecution and defense will be allowed to present their case in an open trial. Just like a grand jury doesn't decide guilt, just consider if the evidence is worthy of presenting a jury in the following trial.
