I'm with Gawdzilla here. It's best if you put your opinions out too, as well as asking the questions. Makes you more involved, and gives more to talk about. We get people sometimes that post and run, where they say something they know is controversial, then ghost the thread/board entirely. It usually winds up being a sock puppet.

Yeah... in other words, we want to argue with you about what YOU have to say, not actually give our own opinions. LMAO. When you don't give us your opinion, it gives us nothing to argue with you about, so people here generally won't be too interested.

I don't like anything about Republicans. I used to like that they appeared to care about Government Waste, until it turned out that government waste was just "anything that helps the poor". They're more than happy to waste our money as long as it benefits the rich and powerful, and not the poor and needy. So I pretty much hate everything they stand for.
I like that the Democrats defend some of our important liberties such as same sex marriage and abortion. I also like that they're trending toward helping people that aren't rich. What I dislike about them is: Their voters are needlessly picky. They take a bit too much money from corporations, and are a bit spineless when it comes to telling Republicans to sit down, and shut the fuck up. They are too willing to compromise, which usually ends up giving Republicans a foot in excahnge for a centimeter.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

Yes. Subsidize the rich, and give tens of billions towards a military budget that already takes up over half of our discretionary budget, then claim we can't afford universal healthcare. We definitely have the money for things Bernie and others like him want. They just don't want to spend the money on that. To say nothing of the sources that show universal healthcare would actually save money. Not cost more.

Until Republicans take up responsible positions regarding climate change, I wouldn't even consider voting for one. That so many Republicans support Trump just shows how divorced from realities they now are.
