You should be able to firstly open the image fully from facebook then right click the image, select the "copy image address" option and attach it to a post using the "insert an image" option along the top of a post.  Here's one from my local GAA club:

If humanity pulled it's head out of it's ass, and truly wanted to extend our finite ride outside of selfish local tribalism, the logical point of view to me is to consider oneself dead as soon as we are born. Not in a fatalistic sense, life is worth living. But just in knowing that this is the one life we get and to understand an accept no matter how much we fight, we are not as different as we think and we are the same species.
