This is not Blondie's best work...in fact, I can't imagine it being worse.

Parallel Lines is the song this is off of.
Parallel Lines is Blondie's best album. It gave us "One Way Or Another", " 11:59" and "Heart Of Glass". And "I'm Gonna Love You Too".
But out of all that, this is my absolute favorite Blondie song EVER off that same album.
The other thing I love about Blondie, is that while my late mother never got in to my music, late in her years, on long road trips to Duke University hospital, she found out she liked Blondie's "Sunday Girl" and "The Tide Is High."
The only song my late mother and I ever had in common besides that, in my youth was Billy Joel's "My Life".
It was simply fun and neat on our long road trips that she finally connected with me on other songs like Blondie.
