Seasons in the Sun sucked more than a $2 hooker.
But no one ever mentions the ultimate music genius behind The Pina Colada song.
Let's not forget the classic "Having My Baby".
That song is so bloody cringeworthy!

Why is everyone missing that "Seasons In The Sun" DIDN'T repulse me or thrill me, all I claimed here in this thread is that it haunted me. And it did. It went from "We had joy, we had fun, we had seasons in the sun" to "Goodbye Michelle it's hard to die".
I wasn't even a Higgs Boson particle old enough to understand what an electron was when that Terry Jacks song came out.

What you seem to be missing is that people expressing their opinion of the song isn't the same as expressing an opinion about you.

I always thought it was, 'goodbye my friends, it's hard to die'.
I did like that four note bass part in the middle.
Everybody liked that bit, surely.
