Well I'm just asking if you think his policies are socialism since you are socialist. I personally think the right is demonizing Obama as socialist because it's a big scare word here.

Politics is a machine whose mechanism has been running incompetently for years no one man can change that.I think whoever says that president Obama is going to turn this country around is highly dilusional.It sounds like the U.S. has found a new messiah lol.I am an American but I view politics in the same light that I view religion they are both bogus.There is nothing that Obama can do for me that I cant do for myself.

I don't believe you are totally selfish, it's probably just this way of communicating ( again ).

Our boys should have never been in Iraq in the first place.This country (U.S.) thrives on avarice and greed.We see something we want and we take it.I am selfish in some aspects and I beleive it is for the better.I was in the military and served this country in the U.S. Marine corp.Being in the military just gave me a behind the scenes look at how dirty this government really is.

I doubt he is a socialist, but spending 800 billion dollars to protect jobs and preserve benefits is a step towards.
And I know the republicans are against such a measure which they see as a move towards socialism.

There are degrees of socialism. I'd say he's more socialist than most American politicians, but that's not a bad thing. He's certainly not as socialist as the majority of European countries.

I don't think she's a troll, she's just ignorant.

People bandy the word troll around far too much these days and typically use it to mean someone incredibly stupid or ignorant or worse just because they disagree with someone's opinion ... that isn't what a troll is at all. A troll can actually be something close to a work of art if it's done well.

Not quite the words I'd use but yeah, a troll is someone who visits a forum with the express intention of starting a ruckus (usually some kind of flame war) ... typically they don't stick around though they may return to fan the flames of their troll.

A good troll will be subtle intended to wind peiople up and get their collective bloods boiling.

That's why Amanda (who I believe is one of those Adrian invited over for a debate) isn't a troll ... she's just woefully ignorant and in many ways a victim of those who have "educated" her.

That Frodo sticks around is also why he isn't a troll even if his style is irritating.

A real troll is because it is intentionally malicious, because the troll frequently does what he/she does without believing a word of what he/she says i.e. it's done purely for the reaction.

I suppose when I banned David Mabus for the second time I was wrong to do it (in part) for trolling because I think he actually believes the crud he posts.
