If I am not correct doctors who do this procedure put you through a time frame trial and make sure before they do it, that the outcome will be something you are likely to live with and be happy with? In other words, it would be a myth for anyone to claim they do it on demand the moment one asks?

I was in the men's room, washing my hands after using the toilet.  A stranger opened the door, looked at me, stepped back, looked at the sign on the door, told me "Uhm, ma'am, this is the men's room."

Ok, I'm reviving this thread because I have a bit more of an answer now.

Yes, absolutely, I can achieve orgasm.  It takes a bit more work compared to before.  Plus, I'm not entirely healed up so there's still some sore spots and it's not completely sensate, but it's sensate enough that I can achieve climax.  

I have plans for further experimentation on this.
