Be less stupid. There’s absolutely no indication that this was anything other than an industrial accident, brought about by carelessness and neglect. 

Comparing this to a MOAB is absurd. There’s aren’t enough MOABs in the entire US arsenal to make an explosion of this size.

Not generally, no. All organizations fudge numbers to make themselves look good. But the US would need to have about ten times the number of MOABs they claim to make an explosion the size of the one in Beirut, and - given that bomb’s limited utility - such a scenario simply isn’t credible.
