Pretty much my point.

I think it is has always been a myth that Malcolm wanted violence. I simply think he simply didn't want the abuse.

I think human nature in general is simple, and even for other life too. Most life will do what it does,  react to a swarm. 


Malcolm didn't like violence, but he also saw that no matter what he did, it didn't matter.  Even MLK saw this. 

"Riots are the voices of the unheard" MLK.

Malcolm WAS NOT ok with violence. I am tired of that canard. He was simply in disagreement with MLK as to how to stand up to oppression. 


Both MLK and Malcolm simply hated getting kicked in the nuts.  Malcolm simply had a shorter fuse.

Telling people to fight back IS advocating violence, you nitwit. It’s a reasonable, sensible, justifiable form of violence, but it’s still violence.

Did I say that blacks have never been the victims of police brutality? No. So have whites, however, and the plural of anecdote is, of course, not data. As I have pointed out at least twice already in this forum: in the USA today blacks make up around 40% of the prison population (commit around 40% of crime) and account for around 40% of fatalities at the hands of police. BLM 2020 is essentially just hot air, paranoia, white guilt, victim mentality, hand wringing and bluster born of, well, ignorance, frankly....oh yeah, and 12 years a slave etc ad infinitum.

Now a campaign against police brutality WITHOUT the racial element? Count me in.

If you want to know why police brutality is a black issue despite not being the absolute majority of people who die at the hands of police, I’ll just let this graph tell you:


Also, fun fact: even if black people make up 40% of the prison population (technically 38.3%, but 40 is a reasonable round-up), that doesn’t necessarily mean they commit 40% of the crime. They’re just 40% of the people who get caught, arrested, and sent to jail. And this doesn’t even include crimes minor enough that the perp, even if found guilty, never goes to jail for. And I’m not even sure that the stats are including the many who, at any given moment, are in jail despite not being convicted yet because they can’t afford the bail. And using crime rates as a metric for gauging The character of an entire aggregate of people isn’t exactly all that effective when you consider that the #1 reason people get sent to jail in America (and a big reason why America has the highest rate of incarceration of any nation since apartheid-era South Africa) Is because of minor drug offenses. And this doesn’t even factor in the admittedly not terribly common phoenomenon of wrongful arrest and conviction.

Bigotry, hating blindly, and intolerance paint a very broad stroke upon the blank canvas that is a child's mind. The seeds of injustice will continue to grow and eventually smother the embers of equality. There are far too many cro-magnons lurking in the dark ages, frightened of the light.
