Peaceful black man shows up minding his own business.. Cops draw guns without warning and shoot innocent black man who was reaching for a box full of puppies. .. Sure.. THAT'S what happened.
I'm thinking he was just wanting to get away from two ignorant white women to get back to his children in the vehicle at which incompetent policemen shot.
Clearly, a black man reaching into a car is grounds for shooting him in the back. Pepper spray, truncheons, tasers, physical takedown...none of these were an option. The ONLY way to save lives was for the cops to put seven rounds into a man facing away from them.
