For me the foundation of faith would vary dependent on the subject chosen. 

Example: Faith in gravity on earth = foundation of daily experience.

But I'm sure that's not what your looking for. Start a new thread, ask more questions.

Is that a bit like being a practicing non stamp collector Dunno

It's really not that big a deal.

We just put god in with other fairy tales like fairies, goblins, pixies, etc.
