Hello Everybody My Name Is JAG

My name is JAG and thanks for having me as a forum member.

I enjoy politics, religion, philosophy, reading, good food, laughing,
and having a good time.

I try to keep at least "four books going all the time" just to keep
it interesting.

I am now reading "It's Getting Better All The Time: 100 Greatest
Trends Of The Last 100 Years" by Stephen Moore and Julian Simon,
published by the Cato Institute.

I am also reading "Abundance: The Future Is Better Than You Think"
by Peter H. Diamandis and Stephen Kotler.

I am a cheerful, up-beat, up-ward mobile positive constructive
kind of guy. I believe America's best days are yet ahead.

I lean towards the Conservative side of the political spectrum,
but I am not a fanatic and I have no axes to grind.

Family Man: Wife, children, and grandchildren.

Food: I love Filet Mignon, Salmon Steaks, and dead Chickens.

Music & Song: I love Andrea Bocelli and Pavarotti and Sarah Brightman,
and the Vienna Philharmonic.

I am a Christian and I enjoy discussing Christianity with atheists.
My favorite Bible verses is the gospel in a nutshell John 3:16 "For 
God so loved the world that He Gave His one and only Son that 
whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have Eternal Life."

That seems to be every theist's favorite verse. Really speaks volumes of the indoctrination process.

It is definitely a majority, not my personal favorite though
